James completes his APC

We are proud to make an announcement about our very own James Taylorson. He has successfully completed his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Therefore, he is now a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. The APC is composed of a rigorous testing via a presentation and interview. Furthermore, panelists examine professionalism, industry knowledge, areas of expertise and enthusiasm. These are the some of the pre-requisites necessary to act under the professional body.

James spent months revising the property industry and competencies specific to his assessment. He of course passed first time with flying colours and is now a member of RICS (MRICS).

Office space deal done deal at Featherstone Street
