The Launch of 20Midtown!

Anton Page, partnered with Metrus Property Advisors, today officially launched 20Midtown! With the refurbishment complete as of last week, the agents breakfast launch of the building took place today from 8am and we experienced an extraordinary turnout of over 130 people.

On arrival to the building, guests were welcomed into a brand new, remodelled and restyled reception area with features including frosted glass panels, marble flooring, wooden interior décor features and modern light fittings.

The newly configured lifts took everyone up to the fifth floor, which along with the roof terrace, held the majority of the party with tables laid and a staffed catering service. Tours were available through members of Anton page and Metrus Property, showing all guests around the entire 23,500 sq. ft., building and describing each of the floors which are all comprehensively refurbished.
