On Friday, James took part in the JLL Property Triathlon, representing Anton Page for the fourth year running.
The event was hosted by JLL at Dorney Lake, home to the 2012 Olympics canoe sprint and rowing events with 12 medals achieved by team GB.
The triathlon consisted of a 750m swim in the rowing lake, followed by 21.2km on the bike and finishing with a 5km run. Despite the blistering heat, James achieved a personal best and completed the sprint distance triathlon in 1:29:14.
This is the twelfth year the JLL Property Triathlon has taken place, making it the largest one day event in the UK and raising over £1.8m for charity.

We are pleased to announce that Jack Rose and Harrison Turner have both qualified as Chartered Surveyors having successfully completed their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
The APC is composed of a critical analysis essay as well as rigorous testing in the form of a presentation and interview, where they were examined on their professionalism, industry knowledge, areas of expertise and enthusiasm necessary to act under the professional body.
After months of revising the property industry and areas specific to their assessments, Jack & Harrison both passed first time and are now members of RICS (MRICS).

Following our 2017 year end result, seventh in Greater London for number of disposals, we are happy to report a busy Q1 2018.
Anton Page have been awarded second position in the City fringe for number of disposals, concluding 16 lettings as well as achieving fourth position in the City Fringe for sq. ft. disposals with 35,250 sq. ft of office space having been let over the three month period.
These results have contributed to us increasing our market share in the City fringe by 4% compared to Q1 2017.
