Biggest achievement of 2022 | Securing the off-market showroom space for Modulyss at 1 Berry Street, Clerkenwell. It’s always good when local market knowledge pays off.
Property moment of 2022 | Seeing so many high profile new HQ occupiers such as Snapchat, TikTok and Axel Arigato come to Clerkenwell & Farringdon.
Biggest achievement of 2022 | Letting 2 floors at Green Mews – a building with fantastic green credentials! An illustration of the diverse occupiers in Old Street, with the floors let to a fashion company & a digital content agency.
Property moment of 2022 | Getting to play at the Oval for SHB’s Bigger Bash. The chance to play here was amazing, and all for a great cause. It was a cracking day out and great to chat to others in the market!
Biggest achievement of 2022 | Launching our new flex-brand – Hybrid – and transacting the first flex deal within a couple of weeks.
Property moment of 2022 | Enjoying a lockdown free year and getting back to celebrating deal successes with agents and clients alike.
Biggest achievement of 2022 | Completing on the purchase of a development site in Pear Tree Street, Clerkenwell on behalf of Riverside Capital, with planning consent to build 36,000 sq ft of new offices. We’ve worked on this project since 2018 and through the pandemic.
Property moment of 2022 | The return of people to London. Office needs have changed with an emphasis on welfare & amenity space. With the service sector continuing to grow, traditional landlords have adapted, offering more flexibility & fully fitted offices.
Biggest achievement of 2022 | Double sale of 26 & 28 Cowper Street on behalf of a long standing client at strong capital values.
Property moment of 2022 | The long awaited opening of the Elizabeth Line which has immensely improved Farringdon’s connectivity. A game changer for our area!
