When we first started working with leading Scandi design practice White Arkitekter, they had a specific requirement to identify an office that allowed for the undertaking of an energy efficient refurbishment that reflected their sustainable ethos.

With the help of the Anton Page team, a circa 4,500 sq. ft. split-floor office was identified on Bastwick Street, situated in Clerkenwell’s design district close to Farringdon Station.

Our Client, Needspace? embraced White Arkitekter’s ambition for the project and worked alongside them to execute the desired refurbishment works.

The outcome is both original and striking, presenting a bespoke and distinctive office that aligns seamlessly with White Arkitekter’s commitment to sustainability.
