Anton Page Attend Charity Golf Day

A fantastic day was had yesterday at the Huntington’s Disease Association golf day with Anton Page sponsoring the first hole.

Huntington’s Disease is a rare condition affecting almost 8,000 people in the UK. Originating from a faulty gene, the disease is genetic with symptoms usually showing from the age of 30 to 50. Over time it can affect a person’s ability to walk, talk, think clearly, swallow and control movement.

Huntington’s Disease Association are the only charity in England & Wales supporting individuals living with the debilitating condition as well as their families and carers. There is no cure at present, but treatments are available to manage symptoms and prolong independence with HDA on hand to provide care and support at every step.
