On behalf of Nuveen, Anton Page have let the first floor at 12-16 Clerkenwell Road comprising c. 5,000 sq. ft. of dynamic CAT A+ office space.

The floor has been fully fitted and furnished to provide its new tenants, a branding and marketing agency, with 40 desks, collaborative zones and touchdown areas; meeting rooms, work booths and telephone booths; and a fully fitted kitchen with break out area.

A five year lease was taken on the outstanding office floor in Clerkenwell, an area bursting with creatives. Whitecross Street, Leather Lane and Exmouth Market all offer a fantastic parade of lunchtime food stands.
