Anton Page acquired the 3,305 sq. ft. first floor at Watchmaker Court, 33 St John’s Lane on behalf of Medical Research Foundation.

Having previously helped the independent charity with their office search back in 2022 and following the continued expansion of their operations, Anton Page were tasked with securing a larger premises for the team whilst remaining in the Farringdon area.

The fitted first floor at Watchmaker Court ultimately proved to be ‘the one’, with Anton Page identifying and successfully negotiating terms to deliver a seamless relocation.
